This connected analytics project uses published NHS RTT waiting time and urgent care data for April 2026 to explore provider pressure, specialty waiting times, ICB level system pressure and patient friendly healthcare access insights.
The prototype analysed around 7.12M RTT incomplete pathways and was built using Python, PostgreSQL, SQL, Power BI, DAX and Excel.
