Find Faster Care is an independent patient information website. It is not part of the NHS and does not provide medical or legal advice.
Information only
The site uses published waiting-time data to help you understand general options and prepare questions. It cannot tell your individual wait, urgency, clinical priority or suitability for another provider.
Draft letter privacy
The draft letter tool builds letters in your browser from fixed templates and the details you enter. Your inputs are not sent to us or to a third party to generate the draft.
Medical and legal disclaimer
Nothing on this website should be treated as medical advice, legal advice or a promise that treatment will happen faster. For urgent symptoms, use NHS 111 or call 999. For personal medical advice, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
Data sources and limitations
- England results use published NHS England referral-to-treatment data where available.
- Scotland results use Public Health Scotland planned care data where available.
- Published data is not live availability and may change after publication.
- England and Scotland use different datasets and standards.
- Distance estimates rely on postcode lookup and available coordinates.
Privacy
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. The comparison tool can run without creating an account. The draft letter tool is template-based and works in your browser. If you email us, we will receive your email address and the information you choose to include.

Harsh Singh, trading as Find Faster Care, is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Registration reference: ZC204534. ICO registration confirms payment of the data protection fee; it does not represent ICO approval or endorsement.
Cookies and analytics
The current static version does not require account cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall website use and improve the service. It collects aggregated usage information without creating user profiles or using cookies for this analytics service.
Your responsibility
Check and edit any draft letter before sending. You are responsible for what you send and for deciding whether to act on any information from this site.
